Swiffer® SweeperVac® Recall Notice
Dear Valued Swiffer Consumer,
In November 2004, we began receiving calls from consumers who had experienced issues with their Swiffer SweeperVac. We took the calls very seriously and, after discovering that the issues posed potential safety issues, decided to voluntarily recall the Swiffer SweeperVac. We worked tirelessly with an independent technical lab and with the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) www.cpsc.gov to fix the problem.
